Cancellation Policy

You may cancel and get a refund for your order before it ships. Once shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items in new condition can be returned within 30 business days of receipt.

  1. Contact our Customer Service to request a return
  2. Pack item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached
  3. Ship to provided return address (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)
  4. Processing typically takes 5 business days after receipt

Return Conditions

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Must be unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase
  • Do not return to manufacturer

Return Charges

  • Our error: Full refund + return shipping covered
  • Buyer's choice: Full refund (customer pays return shipping)
  • No restocking fees
